Archive & future campaign readiness
Privacy without pretending there is an active campaign.
ElectStone preserves public political history without turning archive visitors into a campaign list. Ordinary correspondence is possible; active political SMS enrollment is not.
Current use
Information sent to an ElectStone address may be used to answer questions about the archive, public-service record or historical campaign material. It is not automatically enrolled into a future campaign list.
Future campaign activation
If a candidate campaign becomes active, its communications program will have its own campaign identity, the office sought and election, the registered committee name and ID, appropriate consent records, unsubscribe/STOP mechanisms, and the disclosures required for that campaign at that time.
Separation from Randall Stone Financial
Political contact data and business-client contact data are not treated as interchangeable lists. Randall Stone Financial's client-service SMS program and business telephone number are not the ElectStone political messaging program.
Mobile and email data
A future political messaging program will state its own consent and privacy terms before activation. ElectStone will not silently convert archive correspondence into promotional SMS enrollment.
Aggregate archive measurement
ElectStone is prepared to use Plausible Analytics to count aggregate visits, referral sources, tagged social campaigns and selected public-record actions. It does not create voter profiles, build political advertising audiences, enroll visitors in a campaign, read correspondence or record form contents. No Meta Pixel, retargeting tag, session replay or fingerprinting code is included.
