The domains and technical framework are retained for historical continuity and possible future lawful use. No active candidate texting, fundraising or mass-messaging program is created by this archive.

No current candidate campaign is soliciting contributions or running a mass email/SMS program from ElectStone.

Activation identity

Before a future candidate campaign is switched on, public-facing campaign titles and communication templates will identify the specific office sought and election and will be reconciled to the actual filed committee name and committee ID.

Email

ElectStone.com and ElectStone.net are separate from Randall Stone Financial's Exchange Online mail. A future campaign may use MaxBulk Mailer as the list/message client, but the sending transport must be an authenticated campaign-capable SMTP service with domain-aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Recipient consent, list provenance and unsubscribe processing must be maintained separately from business-client lists.

Text messaging

A political texting program will use its own separate political number, carrier registration, filed campaign identity, versioned consent records, master suppression list, STOP/HELP handling and current political disclosures. It will not reuse the Randall Stone Financial client-service program, the personal Randall Stone / RandallStone.net messaging program, either program’s number, or consent collected for another sender or purpose. The public archive remains voice/email only until that separate program is activated.

Before activation

  • Confirm the exact office sought and election year.
  • File the required candidate/committee documents before solicitation.
  • Populate the filed committee name and committee ID everywhere.
  • Review current California advertising disclosure requirements for email, electronic ads and paid communications.
  • Authenticate the campaign email sending domain and test external headers.
  • Register any SMS program and number before outbound political texting.
  • Load only appropriately sourced/consented recipients and working opt-out mechanisms.
